How to access partition with Ext2 or Ext3 filesystem from Windows

I just found out that it’s actually posibble to access my Linux partitions from Windows. Stephan Schreiber has designed a Windows kernel mode driver which extends Windows to include support for Ext2 and Ext3 filesystems. The driver is available at  http://www.fs-driver.org.
